Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut in pieces
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. salt (optional)
1 Tsp. Yard Bird Seasoning
2 Tsp. The Real Dill Lemon Pepper
2 lemons
Recipe:
Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
coat chicken with olive oil then season with the Real Dill Seasoning, Yard Bird Seasoning and salt (if desired)
Add chicken to a shallow pan leaving space between pieces.
Squeeze the lemons into the pan then cut up lemon pieces and add to the pan.
Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 minutes, measure for internal temperature of 170 degrees, don't over cook! let rest for 5 min. before serving.
