roasted cauliflower

Great healthy snack or side dish that you will love!

Ingredients:

1/2 head of Cauliflower
1 Tbs. Olive oil
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 Tbs. Veggie Delight Seasoning
2 Tbs. Carolina Classic Hot Sauce

Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces
place on a cookie sheet
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with Veggie Delight
Drizzle with Carolina Classic Hot Sauce
Bake at 375 until brown and crispy at the edges. Enjoy!
