Ingredients:
1 Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs. Salt (this for brine and is optional)
6 Tbs. Chef's Choice Seasoning.
6 Tbs. Greek Mediterranean Seasoning
1/4 cup honey
pinch black pepper
Kitchen Thermometer
Mix brown sugar and salt with enough water to cover the loin in a resealable bag. Brine overnight in the refrigerator. Remove and dab dry with a paper towel.
Apply a light coat of honey
Rub with a mixture of the Chef's Choice and Greek Mediterranean seasonings and a pinch of black pepper and pinch of salt (optional)
Grill or oven broil at 350 degrees until and internal temperature of 140 degrees is reached. Do not overcook or it will be dry.
