Italian frittata

A simple quick breakfast or brunch that's low sodium and gluten free.

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup Gruyere, Fontina or Cheddar cheese
2 cups veggies, fresh spinach, tomatoes or broccoli (your choice)
Bacon or ham (optional)
1 Tsp. Veggie Delight Seasoning
2 Tsp. The Real Dill Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Pinch of salt (optional)

You will need an oven safe frying pan or skillet.


Preheat oven to 400

Whisk the eggs and cream then add seasoning

In the skillet add your choice of meat and vegetables saute for 2 to 3 minutes and top with cheese.  Pour the egg mix over and cook on medium heat until the eggs begin to set on the edges. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice into wedges and serve!
